Confirmation Service

Confirmation is an opportunity for young people and adults who have been baptised/christened to affirm the Christian faith for themselves—or to re-affirm their faith and commitment within the Church of England. During the service, the bishop lays hands on each candidate and prays for the Holy Spirit to strengthen them for a life of Christian discipleship.

To find out more about confirmation and to register your interest please get in contact today.

10AM Gift Day Service - ZINAFE

10AM Gift Day Service - ZINAFE

A joyful combined service with the congregation of St Andrews and Zinafe fellowship for our annual GIFT DAY.

On Sunday, 12th July, there will be an opportunity at the time of offering for our Freewill Giving for the 'Annual Gift Day' - a chance to give thanks to God for His blessings to us as a church and to contribute to the gospel mission of St Andrew's in our parish.

This year, our focus is on the poor state of repair of 'The Link' between the Church and the Hall. We cannot go another winter with the leaks that we have, and we must prepare this area for future ministry.

Also to share God's generous blessings with our brothers and sisters in our link church St Andrew's, Glen View, Harare, Zimbabwe. To support them in practical ways, through food parcels and other needs such as school fees.

Our Freewill giving reflects a heart of generosity and devotion to God, and is encouraged throughout the Scriptures; described as an act of joyful, voluntary generosity rather than obligation, with God valuing the attitude of the giver above the amount.
God loves a cheerful giver!

(2 Corinthians 9:7)
